Ingrediënten

  • dried porcini mushrooms
  • dried red lentils
  • fried onions, ready-made
  • sea salt
  • vegetable stock powder
  • ground black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • cornflour
  • potato starch
  • coffee creamer

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place mushrooms in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Add red lentils, fried onions and sea salt then grind 1 min/speed 10.
  3. Add vegetable stock powder, potato starch, black pepper, garlic powder, coffee creamer and cornflour then mix 20 sec/speed 5.
  4. Add parsley and reserved mushrooms then mix 10 sec//speed 2. Transfer soup powder to an air-tight container and store in a cool, dry place and use as needed (see tip).
