Ingrediënten

  • granulated sugar
  • frozen strawberries
  • lemon juice
  • egg whites
  • milk

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place sugar in mixing bowl and start Blend /10 sec.
  2. Add strawberries and lemon juice then start Blend /45 sec. Place 2 Tbsp sorbet (approx. half) in each of the 6 serving glasses and set aside. Leave the rest in mixing bowl.
  3. Insert butterfly whisk. Add egg whites and whisk 2 min/speed 4. Add 3 Tbsp foam to each of the glasses.
  4. Add milk to mixing bowl and whisk 30 sec/speed 4. Remove butterfly whisk then divide milkshake between the glasses. Serve immediately.
