Ingrediënten

  • groundnut oil
  • pistachio nuts, unsalted
  • white chocolate
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • Irish Cream liquor

Bereidingswijze

  1. Place pistachios in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 20 sec/speed 8. Melt 3 min/60°C/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then melt again 3 min/60°C/speed 4.
  3. Add condensed milk, Irish Cream liquor and reserved chopped pistachios then mix 1 min/50°C//speed 4.
